I am trying to swap my 88 Doors for my 86 doors, for a number of reasons.

I have the 2 bolts off of the top hinge

And the one bolt from the bottom hinge. All that is left is this stud on the bottom hinge.
How do I separate the hinge from my car? My service manual isn't helping here...

I don't think that's a stud. I think it's threaded from the inside...

Bolts through from the inside. Pull back the carpet, there will be an access hole.

Timely post as I need to replace the hinge pins on the driver side. This seems like a fairly easy way to get to the hinges to replace the pins: Support the door, four bolts, off.

I was going to investigate further in the AM, but thank you for clearing that up.

For future reference and anyone who wants to remove their hinges from the car:

The 3 bolts accessible from the outside are 13 mm.
The 1 bolt accessible from inside after removing the carpet is a 15 mm.

At least on my 88

Makes perfect sense.

The way it's located on the hinge, it would have been impossible to install the bolt from the outside.
