I've seen that car, it's privately owned, it's on display with other cars on the outside of the building behind fencing.
The paint is a bit faded, has been there for at least 6 to 8 months that I know of. Mechanically I have no knowledge, never spoken to car owner.
Has no sunroof, older tires, almost looks like a flat yellow w/o clearcoat, it may buff out to a shine. I think it's a repaint, although, could be original.
Paint on bumper & fenders did not match the hood, could be due to sunfade, could not get close enough to tell. Unknown if 5sp or auto.
