Have made good progress on the 85-87 V-6 drive line absorber. They made me a sample and I should have that by next week some time.

Very similar to the OEM drive line absorber. If the sample looks and works good I'll OK them to make a batch and I should have some in stock by late summer or so.

Price will be in the $50 range.

Are these the small ones that go on the firewall side of the engine?

Rubber. Not hard to make some solid bushings. Only problem is the ID will not be perfectly round. Could maybe be reamed. There would be room for it to slide left and right some for misalignment but might fail with solid bushings if there is a slight angular movement. When I get it I'll see how hard the rubber is. The manufacturer choose the durometer of the rubber.
