Does anyone know if I can buy these with LED or are these custom? Found a few pics like it on Google images. Mine are finally all delaminated and not sure if I want the stock look or not... Thanks!

Those are stock tail lights disassembled and modified. I don't think anyone sells them, but there should be a thread on how to modify a stock set.

doubleC4 offers a kit to modify the tails to LED as well.

I think buying these as a pre-made product would be pretty expensive. You'd have to start with uncracked fastback tail lights and modify the original housings for the new lights. Additionally, you'd have to fix the de-lamination, or your finished product would still look bad.
