Looks more like a kt car faked to be a real Mera. Sad.

I know the guy! It's an '86 GT and the original owner hand made the body panels in order to create a Ferrari 308 replica. The current owner then rebadged it as a Mera.
Just what we need. Kit car owners badging their kit car as a Mera.
"I thought Mera's were really well fitted cars". "Now that I see one in person I'm surprised at how poor of fit and finish they had". So sad. And one guy now wants to make what he calls a remera. Will he put Mera badges on them also?

Personally, I liked it. I think it is better to badge as a mera than as a Ferrari
Just in case you don't get back to the Upstate NY post, what time will you be at the show tomorrow? I go every week. I'd like to be able to park next to you!
Realllly really REALLLLLLLLLY? anyone with a dumb concept of measurement can see that the front turn signals are completely upside down! how do they even look at that and think its right, and not even use the latestest mind blowing technology called the interwebs to research the placement of a lens on a Ferrari 308 bumper (sorry I religiously slap people way smarter for dumb reasons then this guy, so I have to vent) Man this dude just took the face palm award of 2014.
The 86 MERA license plate should be a clue that it is not a real Mera since the only 86 was the prototype. There are some other things that do not look quite right about it also (including the spoiler, front bumper, hood design, etc.).
