The Enterra is back on the road. Now on it's 3rd engine since my brother Dan bought it from me. The engine that came with the car lasted a few months. The second engine came out of an 87 SE he picked up for $250, it had issues. Like the oil had never been changed since 1987. However he did get a good 3 months out of it before it gave up the ghost. The new engine is out of an 88 model. Everything has checked out so far and being a lower mileage engine we hope it holds together until next year.

Some nice high resolution pictures would be nice. You mentioned hoping it holds out until next year,..are you planning an engine upgrade, and if so to what ?

He wants to keep it as original as possible with just a few minor mods to include a 3.4 swap next year.
