I'm buying a cradle drop out (motor/trans year unknown ATM.)

This one has a 3800na to the cradle, my question is-

Are 1998+ 3800SC's compatible with the same engine mounting areas?
Bolt holes the same?

To my knowledge all the series 2 and 3 mount the same.
