This is for an old Honda motorcycle that I have. Does anyone know where I can have a gas tank cleaned/re-sealed and possibly welded in the greater Toronto area?

Can't help you exactly, but find a radiator shop, as they sometimes offer this service on the side. I had a couple of truck tanks fixed and resealed this way.
