I don't think I got your text Tim, I don't text. Seems like I deleted a couple but thought they were AT&T ad gimmicks. I would be glad to help you out with your Kerrville run. How can I help ? I don't really do e-mail much either as I am gone from home often and don't have an email setup I can check on the road. You can call me (210 471 1192) or PM me here. Good to hear from you again. Hope all is well.
Just spent a couple of days back in San Antonio. Got to see The Prez…Rob White and some of the other AAFOers at “Coffee & Cars/Rides.” Here’s the lay of the land at this junction; Friday Night, 4/27 is still a work in progress. Saturday, 4/28 @ 9:00 am Cars & Coffee till about 10:00am. Then off to Wimberley for lunch and some looking around, there is an art fair there if you and/or your lady likes. Then it is off to a winery for some vino tasting, if you want, and a tour. (About $5.00 ea.) Then we are heading to San Marcus to the Auto Museum for a tour. (About $7.00 ea.) We will then head to Canyon Lake to have some Italian dinner to wash the wine down. After that we are headed to Scott & Ellen Anderson’s place for some after dinner drinks and conversation. Sunday, 4/29 we will meet for breakfast and good byes probably Taco Cabana close to the hotel. Time will be arranged later.
Tee Shirts are at the printers, the route has been laid out, events / tours are arranged and dinner has been set up. What do you have to do, SHOW UP!

On the "Saturday, 4/28 @ 9:00 am Cars & Coffee till about 10:00am" event, I have attended this event regularly. Cars begin arriving at about 7:45 AM. By 8:30 AM, it becomes difficult to find parking, let alone block off an area for a club. I can get there between 7:30 and 7:45 AM. If someone is willing to arrive that early, I can bring some twine and spread it between my car and theirs to block off a portion of the lot for the Fieros. I would just need numbers to make sure I block off enough spaces.
That`s how it is at our local Cars & Coffee in Leander. It starts at 11AM and I usually get there at 10AM. They will let you save spots, because at ours unless you arrive together it`s hard to save spots. Mike

Dynamite graphic for the tees!!! That formula looks strangely familiar! Put me down for another fat boy XXL. Friday night looks like another movie night. But we're planning to do it under the stars!! Kinda like a drive-in w/o the cars. Haven't finalized the flic but will certainly include fast cars. We plan to get together for dinner and then meet somewhere for the movies. Should have liquid refreshments while we watch. So try to be in SA early enough to join in the festivities. Sat AM will be an early start at the Coffee N Rides. We plan to leave promptly at 10 AM so we can get our full schedule in. Will be taking photos during the show so plan enough time. Should plan to be there 8AM. We are trying to get an area blocked so we can get all of our cars together. We will start with a great cruise around Canyon Lake stopping for lunch near wimberley. We plan to spend some time in Wimberley where there will be an outdoor art show around the square. Should be fun for the ladies(and you guys too). Then it's back in the rides for some more cruising in the hill country. We plan a stop in San Marcos at The Central Texas Museum of Automotive History(aka Dick's Classic Garage). Entrance fee is $6 for car clubs. Then it's back in our rides for some more twisties on our way to dinner near Canyon Lake. We are trying to fit in a stop for some vino at a local winery but nothing finalized yet. We plan to end the evening under the stars again at Scott and Ellen's with drinks and chatter around the camp fire. Sunday AM breakfast and plaque presentation should be near the motel. So, plan to be in town early Friday to join us for dinner and movie, and up early on Saturday AM for a full day of FUN AND FIEROS!!!!! Looking forward to seeing every one for the best Roundup yet!!!
