I don't have a beechwood interior so this is strictly to help other people on here who cannot match the interior colors. I know the Fiero Store sells paint for the interior but I have heard mixed results about the color match so here's the deal. I use SEM interior paint exclusively due to the quality so I contacted Dave at SEM and had him send me 2 color charts. One is their Color Coat Aerosol chart and the other is their Classic Coat Aerosol chart. I need to send these to a person who can compare the stock color to one on the charts and reply to this thread with their best opinion and the part number off the chart. Then send it to someone else for a comparison. Once everyone agrees on the colors, we could possibly start sending these out to the gray interior people. That way people can order the proper paint for any of the interior colors of their Fiero.

It's more accurate to have an actual chart in your hand than guess from a computer screen. Here are the charts I will send out:

I have beechwood interior, but I think it has changed colors over the years due to heat and age.
What do you think ?

Good question. I know that some people also have mint interiors but I don't know how to gauge the correct color if your interior has faded.

Trans am GTA's suffered a similar fate for this color. Their forum (thirdgen.org) probably already has this resolved. I detest this interior color, so sadly, I cannot advise beyond this. But GTA's were important in that they used a very modern door panel from 87 to 90 and beechwood was the "tan/deerskin" option. Might be worth looking into.

SEM camel is spot on for the lighter color--the weirdest thing about the beechwood though, is what light you are looking at the part under--sometimes looks brown, to tan to orange--the lighter color (what TFS sells and Camel) tends to fade to pink (ish) tone I just changed my interior from gray to beechwood--the only color match I don't have is for the darker color beechwood--I have some unfaded pieces and that color seems to be a "rusty" color--just sayin'

Been having the same issue w/ my interior, I have beechwood and at least three different colors of it. I've bought parts over the years from different cars and have different shades, and it bugs me so much. I'm about to color change the whole thing to a different color, just so I can have the same shade. May go charcoal or Kalahari like the new Vette's. Good luck.

I guess if anyone has what they THINK is a mint interior, I can send the cards to you just to do a comparison. I'm just trying to help out. Like I said, my interior is all black, white, and red pinstripe so it does me no good. All this is going to cost me is a stamp to whoever wants to help out

A color chart on a non configured calibrated monitor 99% really none of us can see the color scanned correctly. We see shades above and below.

Correct, thats why the charts are being sent out to the person. You have to actually have them in hand for the comparison.
