Definitely looks like a mount or bracket for a relay.

Wow, that picture didn't turn out well. I'll have to get a better one. I don't think it's for a relay. And I forgot to put the size. It's roughly 2" x 3"

Hmmm... maybe. I've only owned a couple of fastback Fieros. I don't remember removing those pieces, but you could be right. Can anyone else confirm or deny that?
