i thought this mirror had temp and compass but i think i'm wrong.
it has a 5-wire hook-up; + IGN, -, back-up, door -, + constant. The map lights work with each switch, and also come ON when you open your doors. the lights dim to off (like theater lights) when you close the doors. The mirror dim feature works fine, and can be turned OFF with the middle switch. That's all i can get it to do

if i hold the center ON/OFF button down, a "C" comes up in the display (?). maybe it needs to be driven in a circle for the compass to work ? i got a temp probe with it, but maybe the temp displayed somewhere else in the car, not in this morror (?). i could not get the temp to work but WILL INCLUDE the temp probe if you want. maybe someone who knows more than me wants to work with it more.
Anyway, i'm selling this as an auto-dimming mirror with LED map lights for $25 (+ shipping). if you can get it to do anything else, it will be your bonus.
