They fit really easily into the stock opening. I put mine in with no cutting to the factory opening.

Since this CD player is from a newer GM...it will need a harness that goes from the CD players harness to the fieros harness, much like the adapter harnesses you buy for an aftermarket radio. Some one on here sells them I think, theyre also available online. Or you can hardwire them together with no harness.

Sweet! Any specs on them? If not, model numbers so I can research them myself?

when hooked up do they work the same as they did in the stock car? i.e. display scrolls station name and song if available? and where could i find such harness? im in need of a radio for my 84se and im very picky with radio's and im not sure why.

This radio does not have the ability to scroll song names.
Here is the harness you would need for plug and play (ebay might have it cheaper, or you can hard wire the radio in for free)
