There is a white '85 GT automatic and a gold '86 SE 2m6 4-speed. They powers that be say it will be about 2 weeks before they are officially in the yard. Both have messed up titles so they will be sold for parts only. They seem pretty complete and are not wrecked, so please don't ask about parts. I have no idea about condition of the engines. The '86 has standard 14" wheels, the GT has brand X chrome wheels. Both have wings. PnP doesn't like pix taken of the cars but once they're on the lot, who knows?

Supposedly the boss will call me when they are officially available but don't count on it.

Kinda funny, I've never seen one before but the GT has "Special Edition" (not "SE") in script on the rear windows, so it's kinda confusing. But it is a GT. The 2M6 has SE on the rear windows.

Yes, I saw them, that's why I described them as I did. But they are not available to take parts off. They are in the lot not available to the general public. As I said, it takes about 2 weeks to get them "processed".

Keep an eye on those...you might ask him if you can strip them and offer 500 each to strip them...learning and some parts to boot!

Nope, was looking for other parts. But PnP usually has very few Fieros and those are usually the early 4-cyl models. And they get stripped pretty fast. I've seen very few V-6 models and only 1 '88 all year.

I went back to PNP today. Both cars were in the yard. Both bodies and engines are nearly complete but the interiors of both are pretty well gone. I scrounged a few things, including the wing from the '85 GT and a Performance Sound ceiling light. The 2M6 wing was gone. I think there had never been Performance sound in the '86, just someone put the light on the ceiling.

Speaking of the GT wing, it seems the stanchions are very short compared to the wing on my '88 GT. Is this usual for the '85 GT?

There are also 2 other Fieros, 1-'84 and one '86. Both 4-cyl. Both engines are complete but again, the interiors are either gone or shot, as are some body parts.

I took the console instruments from the '86 but they wanted $20 for it. Since it wasn't in wonderful condition, I let them keep it. The rest of the instrument panels were gone.

Old cars like this can be registered, titled in some states. Its easy, just a "bill of sale" pay tax, put on plates and drive. Title comes in mail. So if you see any not wrecked ones they are sellable whole.
