I picked up a set on ebay for 800.00. These are for a f355. Debated on getting a new one piece rear panel or modifying my current lights. After looking at the available panels I figured I'd have to do just as much work to the panel to get the lights mounted as I would modifying the gt lenses, so I decided to go with modifying the gt panels. Used the 250 a new panel would have cost to pick up another set of original lights. These had some delam so I wasn't to worried about them. I have some carbon fiber auto vinyl I'm going to cover the panels with instead of painting them to finish it up. I love the look, its hard to beat the real thing. I had a set of 82 vette taillights but didn't like the look of the two screws showing and they didn't even compare to these in look and light output. Plus I like they way they stick out a bit. I have some photos of how I modified the taillights to mount these if anyone is interested.

The lights.

Note: in these photos the lights still have shrink wrap taped over them to protect until finished.

Lights installed but still need to minor adjustment

No lights on, just reflection from camera flash, as headlights shinning on them would be.

Taillights on. These are also the turn signals.

Reverse lights.

Reverse /w parking lights.

Brake lights /w parking lights.

Brake /w reverse /w parking lights.

The two outside lights work as parking lights, turn signals and reflectors, the two inner lights are brake and reverse. As you can see, all 4 have a clear center lenses but only the two inner ones are setup to work. but I have a second set of connectors that go on the back of these lights that I can use to make all 4 reverse lights work, as well as make all 4 work as brake, parking and turn. I thought this was an odd way for the lights to work till I watched a youtube video of an actual f355 taillights in action and the way they work now is indeed how they work on the actual car. I looked these lights up on ferrariparts.com and they want 1300.00 for a set. I got lucky and found these, which came with the 4 taillights, third brake light, front turn signals, and 4 marker lights. I think I'll leave as is.

I've seen single lights go for about 180 on ebay so shop around. I saw a mod last week similar where they used 20.00 round led lights which looked good as well. Gotta do the 90mm Hellas on the front now.

Cheers
Jim

Edit: A quick question about the blinkers. When no lights on the blinkers blink at normal rate, when the parking lights are on the blinkers blink slower than normal and when parking and brake lights are on, they blink slower still. Will a new flasher fix this.

Just wanted to show you another pic of Ferrari lights also from a 355 I had fabricated into my GT. I do have to say that it was worth the extra work and overtime i put in to get them, Nothing like saying "Ya; those are REAL Ferrari lights!" to people when they ask.

Ahhhh the elusive "smoothed fiero" !! It has been a while since I have seen your car! I think it was the 1st or close to the 1st Fiero with the trim smoothed out! Looks like all it smoothed out! hope it does not crack on ya You should put a build thread on it

No videos yet, but is in the works,

Revin- I believe the first was from canada, which I had never seen until someone posted it in one of my threads next to mine, so I think I was the second, cause I never seen another before. As for the build thread i may just do it, Oh ya I have actually change the look just a bit, so the pic is now a bit out dated, LOL

The same lights used on MERAs may still be available from a forum member (Mera7). I also see them advertised from at least one other source. However, they are not real cheap.
