I want to install my V8 4.9 with an oil cooler but I cannot find fittings for housing side.

So I am looking to find a pair of hoses cut about 1 foot long. I only need the housing side end.

You might try a local hose and tubing shop in you have one in your area. I bought an aftermarket six pass oil cooler from Pep Boys and took it to a shop here. I brought them the original caddy hose as a model and they fabbed the (new) hoses with the correct fittings, right length, etc for $25. I mounted it down where the original V6 air cleaner would be, and used an intake scoop to direct air through it.

I know the fittings are M10x1.5, but nobody seems to make them.

I still have my whole hose set from my engine. I will cut these up for you and get them boxed up with a mailing price if you will give me a your Canadian Postal Code. I think our post office opens up at 1pm tomorrow. I will get you a picture and post it here some time today.

You can set the price + shipping. I will remove the clamps, remove the hoses and put it all in a box. This way you will have all of it in case you need it

The last one I did with the oil cooler, I just tapped the housing for NPT and used 2 brass barbed fittings.
