I have the parts to do the 7730 ECM upgrade legal in california. Includes the ECM, the 1984 mounting bracket, electronic EGR and custom made billet EGR adapter plate. This was a project that now no longer fits my present plans - i have NOT even installed the stuff; collected it and now don't need it. $105 + shipping (?)

As far as I know, this is all of the major parts you need, ready-to-go . I haven't kept up on this topic for a while. For an authoritative answer, you'll need to Check the Upgrade Thread i posted. I'll get a shipping quote, but i'll GUESS at $20 or less - i won't know for sure until it's packed, measured and weighed.

From what I know, the 7730 ECM is Much faster than the stock computer in measuring and adjusting engine parameters and I think that's a Very Good upgrade. Faster computers are ALWAYS a good thing .

Excuse the dirt because the stuff was sitting in the garage. Label still attached, generous pigtails, connectors and the ECM bracket even has the screws. It doesn't get any better than this. Get it now if you want it.
