It has red paint on it but is still soft and pliable. I think it could be cleaned up or painted over with semi flat paint (I have done that successfully before). There is some small nibbles out of the edge on the right side in the top picture that I don't think will show when installed. The second picture is the back side showing all 5 clips are on it too. Because it has these issues, I would like $25 shipped. PM me if you are interested.
