Need an isolator relay for an 86 by FieroBrad87

When I turn off the headlights they stay up and on. Change the switch, no difference. When I pull out the headlight switch the headlights go off then when I push the whole switch off they go down. Not totally sure that the isolator is it but it's worth a try. A friend of mine looked at the schematic and agrees with me. I'm going to go junkyard scavenging this weekend so maybe I'll find one there too.

I have a brand new one in the box I purchased recently from the Fiero store. I am going to change to 2nd gen headlights so I do not need it.
