I have a good bit of sound deadener in my disposal and I can pass on the savings to the PFFers. The company is a local company to me called Dead Mat - Looks identical to Fatmat, R-blox, Brownbread, B-quiet, but the price is most definitey cheaper for you guys. It's made of butyl rubber with the alumininum backing.
Here's what 50 sq ft would be, roller and instructions included.
Here's 100 sq/ft:
Here's a picture showing the sticky part:
Each roll is 33.5' L X 18" W
I'd suggest the 100 sq/ft. You can do the entire interior, trunk lid, hood lid, roof, and hood interior with it. It'll deaden sound drastically.
As for prices:
For 50 sq/ft - 49.95 Shipping to the USA is 20 dollars flat
For 100 sq/ft - 89.95 Shipping to the USA is 30 dollars flat
Everything ships UPS.
Canada residents - you're looking around 45 shipped for the 50 sq/ft and 65 shipped for 100 sq/ft

Hmm. I may be interested in the 100sq. ft. I just bought like 30sq. ft. of Dynamat Xtreme and paid $124.99. With 100sq. ft., I can do the entire interior about 4 times. I'll think about it, as I may not even really need it.

You'll probably only get 1 interior with 50 sq/ft. I'll give you an example: I have a Pontiac Sunfire. 100 sq/ft is going to cover my floor, roof, doors, side panels, and my entire trunk including the back deck and the trunk lid.
For the Fiero, you'd be looking probably 2 4 foot long pieces each for the doors. You'd have then 3 6 foot long strips to do the floor, and a 5 foot strip to do the roof and behind the seats.

Looks like MFM peel and seal. Got of http://www.mfmbp.com/ and you can find who carries it locally. I used this on my wagon and it works good. Couple layers. I still need to do the doors but I'm happy.

You can use this in the engine bay area. It starts to get funny around 350 degrees, which won't be a problem unless you put it directly on your engine, but who wants to quiet their engine? You can put it on the trunk deck, the inside fender wells, and the firewall area. You can use this to replace the original firewall deadener very easily!!!

Not a problem brother. I appreciate your business. A couple of things also - Peel N Seal is around 40 mils thick, this is 50 mils thick. Second, Peel N Seal is asphalt, this is butyl rubber, way better for sound deadening (and smell goes away quicker too).

Your hardware store is going to be similar, but it's going to be asphalt instead of butyl rubber, and the stuff at the hardware store is probably going to be 40-45 mils, where mine's 50 mils. Much thicker, better deadening properties with my stuff.

I have a friend who is in the right spot in his project for this. I just spoke with him and he sounds like it is a go for him. Probably for the 100sq ft.
