Hi everyone, I'm having a sale on the switchable style auto dimming mirrors. They are tested and guaranteed to work on arrival. No cracks or blemishes in them and they have the screw on style. Just run the positive and negative wire and mount it in place of the old mirror.

They are 15.00 dollars a piece plus 8.00 dollars shipping. I take paypal and USPS M/O. Thanks, Ed

I can't believe people aren't all over these ?! I love the one I just bought and put in my kitcar.

Eddie, I'll wait a week or 2 for one with temp and compass or I'll take another one like you have pictured .

I'll get back to you with my new address.

Paul,
Thank you very much for the kind words. I'm still waiting for the compass/temperature mirrors to show.

I started selling these mirrors to small car owners. It all started when I was driving my wingless GT.. I was crossing some very rough tracks when a nuisance vehicle (my name for SUVs) was stuck on my tail and blinding me with his aggressively aimed lights because I was slowing down for the tracks. This guy's lights were so blinding because it has no obstruction to pass through (wing). I couldn't see anything and when I switch the mirror I still couldn't see behind me. I figured the solution when I drove my brother's Grand Prix with the auto dimming mirror.
These mirrors are not hard to hook up. I offer help support on all of my products. They are tested and cleaned before shipped. I also include instructions on how to wire it up. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask. Thanks, Ed

Temperature and compass mirrors are very hard to get. Thus making them quite a bit more expensive than what I'm selling. It's not too often that I get these. It aslo requires external hardware. There is a probe that has to be wired on the outside of the car.

Regarding the color, green is the standard for all mirrors. But, these mirrors have two green LEDs that light the switch. These can be replaced by red LEDs. Ed

Hey Ed...are you able ship to Canada? I think this would be a great addition to my Fiero cause I'm always getting blinded from behind.

Thanks,
Andrew

Hi everyone, sorry it took so long to reply. Fierosa, if you order two the shipping is an additional two dollars. I ship through USPS and it goes over the weight limit for the cheaper amount.

85se, I don't mind shipping to Canada. I will PM you requesting an address to make sure shipping is feasible.

USfiero, you have a PM.

$Rich$, not a problem at all. I'll hold one for you. Thanks, Ed.

A bump for you, Fieroeddie, and a question: How do you take the mirror apart to get to the LEDs?

Thanks, the mirrors just pull apart. They are held in by tabs that have to be pushed in. It takes stregnth and finesse to get them open. After they are split in two, there are two green LEDs that are soldered into the board. All you do is desolder and resolder the red LEDs in place of the old ones. Ed

John, I'm glad it got to you ok, keep fighting those SUV lights. Deranged sheep, It's not too often that I get compass/temperature mirrors, but I ask 50.00 dollars for those. It comes with all of the hardware and external sensors.

Not to be a pain in the azz but if you ever get those, I'll take two. (Actually, if I can get a third one with compass/temp and map lights in it, I'll go for that one, too.)
Have cash in hand.

Thanks!

Raydar, I wish I could get as many as I can of those mirrors, I'd sell every one. But, I will let you know when I get one. You're on my list for that type of mirror. Rich, I'll e-mail you a picture of the LEDs. They light up green. You can change them to red fairly easily. If I had a suitable picture compressor I'd post a couple pictures. My free sample expired. Not the best picture, but if you look at the mirror (enlarge the pic) you can see it. If there are not better pics up tomorrow, I will post a better one

Ahhem .... I believe I was 1st in line for the compass / temp mirror .

Eddie (and anyone else) here's a link to a freeware program you can use to crop and adjust pics. It's really good; I've been using it for a long time ....

Paul, don't worry I got you at the top of my list We'll see what comes in next week, I might get lucky with a delivery of temperature/compass mirrors. I have a list a mile long for those. Thanks for the link to the picture modifier. The thing is my pictures are too big to fit on PIP.

Raydar, that third mirror you requested is the most sought after mirror. The impala/Caprice guys will give up anything to get those. But, if I get one, you guys will be notified first.

Fierokid, actually it's the temperature part thats hard to wire. The compass is built into the mirror already.

I'm putting the push button mirrors up for sale too for 28.00 dollars shipped. I wish I had a better picture that would fit on PIP. If you want a more detailed photo just PM or e-mail me. This picture doesn't make it look good, however, I assure you all my mirrors I sell are in tip-top shape. They also come with about half a foot of wire. Ed

Paul, I wasn't trying to squeeze in front of you. Just trying to demonstrate to Eddie that I was another serious buyer. Sometimes sellers go to lots of trouble to get stuff for us, only to be told that 'I've got to scrape funds together before I can do anything'.

Raydar - No worries; I hadn't posted for a while, so that was just a joke.

Eddie - Just install the irfanView program, use it to open the pic and use Resize then Save it. If the PIP still says it's too big, just keep resizing until PIP accepts it.

Don't worry guys, I have all of your names on my list for the temperature/compass mirrors. We'll see what comes in next week. If anyone needs anything else, I sell many f-body, Caprice, Thunderbird and of course Fiero parts. I also have stock Lt1 parts for sale.

Raydar, I've figured it out. Thanks for showing me the picture. Here is the picture of the LEDs in the mirror. They light up green, but can easily be changed to red. Thanks everyone for your business and contributions, Ed.

Is it $50.00 for a auto dimming mirror with compass? If so, I will take one, please PM me with the total (including shiping) and your preferred method of payment. Thanks a bunch.
