I wish you had pointed that out sooner. The 0bama administration has already apologized to Bolivia, sent them $3 Billion in foreign aid and ordered the Marines to stop any training in tactics that could harm an opponent.

You were the first to point out the topic heading was wrong and you didn't notice the video title says Bolivian? Maybe you can argue which nationality the actor in the movie was next?
