I feel this was more to show the world what a complete and utter pussy Obama is. Putin is an alpha male type figure, and I can only imagine how disgusted he is by the metrosexual Barrack Hussein. This was his way of showing Barrack who is boss, and show the world how much the power of the US has waned under his rule.
Reagan must be rolling in his grave watching Barrack destroy the country like he is.

LOL, what are you suggesting BO do, push the button.
I prefer the covert approach. Navy Seals or even a drone strike will do the trick for me. Isn't this what the CIA is for. Hell, Call Batman as he can bring Snowden back to stand trial like he did in Dark Night...

Snowden did the right thing, and any g'ment or agency trying to squelch him is who I would distrust.
I fully get the "nat'l secrets". but them "nat'l secrets" were against the public good of that nation. who ever was holding the "nat'l secrets" which were exposed in this case should be the ones dragged into prisons, not Snowden. if anything, Snowden should be at the caboose of a long train of jail bound folk.
Russia should be commended. and the NSA top teirs jailed.

I'd go a little further than that, but without commending Russia. Ain't no sense making a friend out of a perfectly good enemy.

Can't disagree with that..
The US government doesn't need Russia's help to look like amateur fools but it may help all the other fools to see it.

Never said anything was wrong with Russia. Friends are a billion dimes a dozen--you can buy 'em anywhere, and we do. A good stalwart and long time adversary is really really difficult to find at any price--every nation needs at least one. All diverse cultures need a common enemy to pull them together--been that way since before the days of the Pharaohs.
Best enemy to have, is one you know really really well, and Russia fits that bill to a tee, since we've been watching them since at least WW2. They likely feel the same about us. When a fight comes, you want it to be with someone that you already know their strengths and weaknesses--their strategies, tactics, politics, and... personalities--and not have to fight some relatively unknown that's just liable to pull anything and everything unexpectedly out of the hat at any time. Doing the latter is a damn good way to get your clock cleaned.
