THE FENCE TEST, THINK ABOUT THIS, IT PROVIDES AN INTERESTING VALUES BASED PERSPECTIVE.

This is straight forward country thinking.....Which side of the fence
If you ever wondered which side of the fence you sit on, this is a great test!

If a Republican doesn't like guns, he doesn't buy one.
If a Democrat doesn't like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.

If a Republican is a vegetarian, he doesn't eat meat.
If a Democrat is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for everyone.

If a Republican is homosexual, he quietly leads his life.
If a Democrat is homosexual, he demands legislated respect.

If a Republican is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation.
A Democrat wonders who is going to take care of him.

If a Republican doesn't like a talk show host, he switches channels.
Democrats demand that those they don't like be shut down.

If a Republican is a non-believer, he doesn't go to church.
A Democrat non-believer wants any mention of God and religion silenced.

If a Republican decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for it, or may choose a job that provides it.
A Democrat demands that the rest of us pay for his.

If a Republican reads this, he'll likely forward it so his friends can have a good laugh.
A Democrat will delete it because he's "offended".

So which did you do???

Larry Craig was a Republican U.S. Senator from Idaho who was arrested for "lewd conduct" in the men's room of Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport on 11 June 2007. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of "disorderly conduct", was fined "more than $500" and received a 10-day jail sentence (suspended) and a year of probation.

Craig has long been rumored to be gay, and he has always denied the rumors. After his conviction, Sen Craig called a press conference, which he opened by thanking reporters "for coming out today", and went on to repeatedly reiterate, "I am not gay, I never have been gay." After several days as the butt of comedians' jokes and fellow Republicans' criticisms, Craig announced he would resign from the Senate at the end of the month. Yet as September passed he began weighing his options, and rescinded his resignation, and tried unsuccessfully to withdraw his guilty plea. He served out his Senate term but did not run for re-election, and left office in January 2009.

Craig had a virtually 100% anti-gay record in the Senate, consistently voting against equal rights legislation, gays in the military, hate crime penalties for crimes against homosexuals, civil unions, and gay marriage.

Democrats measure success by how many people in poverty they're able to help with welfare.
Republicans measure success by how many people no longer need welfare.

Really? Here are over 50 JUST relating to sexual misconduct. If they were including anything illegal, the list would be endless.

http://www.conservative21.com/Media/The_List.txt

But this one is the most fun, which is only a day old... a Nevada Democrat local Congressman gets arrested three times and goes on a high-speed chase and gets tackled by police. Of course, this won't be on the mainstream media, because he's a Democrat.

Republicans want to spend my money on war and border patrol.

Democrats want to spend my money on welfare and the DOE.

I see a trend developing. Scandal or improper conduct typically ends a Republican's political career.
When a Democrat does it, all the Dems just say "well, the GOP does it too" and ignore it.

If a Republican is caught in a sex scandal - it's a scandal.
If Bill Clinton is caught in a sex scandal - he's Bill Clinton.
