To start this is my 500th post (took ten years)

As I only recieved 1 vote, mine, which was disallowed because it wouldn't scan. I have decided to concede this election to the man who won, and focus my efforts on the 2016 campaign. I am kicking it off now, after all you can never start to early. If I can convince the populace to donate $1 a week to my campaign fund, I may have enough to purchase 1 commercial and a 1966 Corvair as my bus to travel the nation in four years. After all, "It only takes a dollar and a dream".

this message is ment to be a joke and lighten up all the political threads that are running rampent on the forum now.

Sorry Bonaduce, I am wanting someone that is financially successful like Herman Cain that understands haw to make finances work. The 2 republican candidates seemed like reasonable choices but, like Herman Cain, have a streak of not kissing ass to political correctness and that offends the stupid.

That was the station wagon version. They also had a pick-up with a ramp or load side gate.

edit: The station wagon was the Lakewood and the Greenbriar was a windowed van.

Greenbrier Sprtswagon is the van. The wagon was the Lakewood. My dad had a Lakewood just like Ernie Kovacs died in.

The show was just a little before my time (although I DID used to enjoy the into theme song and accompanying 'birdie' animation...)

Mmmmmmm

She has nice, perky 'thingies'
But she still seems to "mom-ish", or something...

Hmmmmmmm
I don't understand, bonaduce- you're a big fan of his, so you modeled your avatar and username after him? Or is "bonaduce" your nickname or actual name, or are you the real-deal bonaduce? Are you humble, and don't capitalize that first "B"?

Either case, I think I love you (but what am I so afraid of?)

I don't believe too many people in the entertainment industry could ever be described as "humble". Of course, there are always exceptions. However, from what I've seen of the "real-deal" Danny Bonaduce, he's not one of those exceptions.

HE I would vote for!
I like him.
He's stood toe-to-toe with some pretty damn big personal demons.
More then once.
He's got some guts from what i've seen.
And I think he pretty much tells the truth.

I think he would nut-up and do the job..

No not the real Danny Bonaduce, only wish. As a child I was a drummer, freckely red haired kid, and during the '70's when the show was in reruns the nickname got handed out to me. Never really used it again until I got home from college and ran into friends again and we started joking about things happening around that time. Bonaduce had just beat up a tranvestite, was fighting screech on celebrity boxing, and all around messed up in his life, and the nickname came up again and that time has stuck around for the last 20 years amonst my friends (who are known as Buttafuco, and Bobbit)
