Here is an email I received about Snopes and George Soros.

I assume that applies to Urban Legends searches as well since they are the same entity. Snopes is heavily financed by George Soros, a huge financial supporter of Obama! In our Search for the truth department, we find what I have suspected on many occasions. I went to Snopes to check this out and they said it was false and there were no such dockets so I Googled the Supreme Court, typed in Obama-Kagan, and guess what? Yep you got it.Snopes lied. Everyone of those dockets are there. So Here is what I wrote Snopes: Referencing the article about Elena Kagan and Barack Obama dockets: The information you have posted stating that there were no such cases as claimed and the examples you gave are blatantly false. I went directly to the Supreme Court website, typed in Obama Kagan and immediately came up with all of the dockets that the article made reference to.. I have long suspected that you really slant things but this revelation is really shocking. You exist behind a veil of half truths and distorted facts. Hoping you will be honest and forthcoming in the future is probably expecting too much. ************* That being said, if you really didn't know THIS then your investigative reporting is a sham; Kagan was representing Obama in all the petitions to prove his citizenship. Now she may help rule on them. Folks, this is really ugly. Chicago Politics; and the beat goes on and on and on... Once again the US Senate sold us out! Well, someone figured out why Obama nominated Elana Kagan for the Supreme Court.... Pull up the Supreme Court's website, go to the docket and search for Obama. Kagan was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship. He owed her big time. All of the requests were denied of course. They were never heard! It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it? The American people mean nothing any longer. It all comes down to payback time for those who compromised themselves to elect someone that really has no true right to even be there. Yeah! There has been a few misses from Snopes, not just this one.

If it is politically motivated, just a miss-mistake, or maybe their sloppy research.... Snopes generally will get most of it right.

Did you check Snopes to make sure this was real?

Yeah! I'm for seeking the truth. There is an allegation that the leftist George Soros has funded or is funding Snopes.com

As it is not a secret that Soros uses his wealth to fund organization with the intention of bringing about political influence, then anything that Soros funds should be treated under sharp scrutiny.

But since Snopes denies receiving funds or being sponsored by Soros then it is up to others to prove them wrong. I don't think it is likely that Soros did, as Snopes.com cannot make a blanket statement; "Neither the site nor its operators has ever received monies from (or been engaged in any business or editorial relationship with), any sponsor, investor, partner, political party, religious group, business organization, government agency, or any other outside group or organization."
without being completely discredited if there is strong enough evidence that shows that they did.

Websites like DailyKos, HuffPo, Democrat Underground, Fire Dog Lake makes it no secret and hence are resorted to cater to leftists hate audience who buy their opinions as actual truth and fact.

Not to mention how they don't really care about corruption. JazzMan and Neptune are good examples. JazzMan was obsessive about the Valerie Plame thing, crying "treason!", and when Bush was president and the Republicans had congress, he posted any and every scandal involving a Republican. Neither of them say a single word about corrupt Democrats.

I just snoped this story and they say it's false

Soros is the marionette pulling strings on the left while the Koch brothers control puppets on the right, so the blogs say. It seems their efforts would cancel each other out and be of no concern.

Perhaps they are like pro sports team owners pitting one group of suckers against another. After all, it’s just a game.

Let's assume that crap about the Koch brothers running everything is true. Which country would your rather live in?

1. A capitalist country where some get rich and you can too, if you work hard and do the right steps to get there

2. A socialist country where success is stifled by overbearing taxation and forced redistribution, and it is all run by a strong central government

The rabid one, and others here, just hate the fact that I post many mostly true articles. They can't further their agenda when people are given the truth. They do everything in their power to change the subject, resort to name calling and ridiculing, and then they don't even offer anything that counters what I posted, most of the time.
I must be doing something right, as some of them would wish me great ill or harm. Others like to stalk my every post, even though they deny it. My advice to them is if you don't like what I post don't read it. That will save them a lot of heartache.
