After years of smooth operation, today PIP (v1.08) asked for my PFF user name and password on startup. Now it displays "Please wait while your image is being uploaded" but nothing ever transfers, and the upload eventually times out. I've confirmed this behavior using two different computers running different security software.

PIP appears to be having issues currently.

Yep--I had no password/username request, but did have the experience that all appears going ok in the upload, then, nothing------and finally---"connection timed out"

Blame it on the VA earthquake. It had far reaching effects.

Just how, does the Veterans Administration get the blame for this???!
Oh--you meant Va.--the state.

All appears to be back to normal (at least at my end). I just hope we didn't all get our PFF passwords harvested.
