Insurance agents are sort of like car salesman. They work on commisions. I had an agent insist that my long term health care coverage rates were going up 20% next year and I need to change and go with him. I got the coverage at 55 with the stipulation the rate wasn't increasing.., I talked to the issuing agent (also one of my financial advisors) who said that the guy was incorrect as the policy I have is a fixed cost one with a 5% inflation built in.

The insurance agent should have determined if the home was stick-built / masonary / mobil or "manufactured". If manufactured the next series of questions ask would have determined the difference between manufactured aka singe level d-wide and or modular construction ( factory built "modules" assembled on a foundation and most likely multiple stories) There is a big differance between the two in the eyes of the insurance world and she should have done much more to insure your information was correct. Nice that SAFCO treated you right!

Except for the ones that are members here, of coarse?
Just like the lawyars, cops, and used car salesmen here?

That is the problem with generalizing.
It never works.
