I don't know a word of Russian, but I'm pretty sure she is saying, "You're a *&$%@$^&(**& idiot".

I have seen this too. Man so many sport bikes get destroyed from stupid people. I don't get the whole 'stuntin' craze. Just ride the darn bikes, even race them, use them for what they are meant to be used for. Do ruin them just to look cool in a parking lot.

But that just my opinion.

Now we know how the term crotch rocket came about.

I'm wondering if anyone has a video of these "sport bike" owners acting like responsible riders.

Every time I did a bike burnout, I sat on the seat. Maybe that's where he went wrong.

I think they erase all of them. It would ruin their reputation.

This is the reason other motorcycle riders HATE us sportbike riders.

I was riding out of Joplin today with Mom, and say this nice looking bike, I'm not sure what it was, but it was mostly neon green.

I commented to Mom that I was actually impressed that he was not weaving in and out of traffic, or riding around in first gear just to make noise. Then we hit traffic and it took 10 minutes to go 4 blocks. Every time we moved forward he made it a point to rev the engine again and again. I was beside him, I really felt for the truck behind him, as they had their windows down. I'm sure he managed to impress more people for the sport bike community today.

There are pages upon pages of them. No one is interested in watching 7 minutes of responsible riding. 30 seconds of an idiot crashing, however, gets millions of views.

Where are all the videos of responsible Harley riders? They must not exist. Yep, that there is irrefutable proof that there is no such thing as a responsible Harley rider. We should ban them. But since we both agree that big government is bad, we should ban them without the government banning them, like you said in the other thread. It will be a citizens ban. If you see a guy riding a Harley it is your duty as a US citizen to run him off the road. Failing that, chase him down with your big bad pickup and beat him to death with a crowbar. He had it coming!

Yep, testosterone and two wheels don't always play nicely. And, yes, I ride a bike.

That's the point. The problem is generally the person, not the bike. I keep seeing people pop up with the "crotch rocket riders are all so stupid, BAN EM!! KILL THEM WITH FIRE!!!!!!1!!!! ZOMG!" and it is stupid. PEOPLE are stupid, in any and all groups. There are millions of riders in America. There are countless very responsible riders, whether they ride sportbikes or cruisers or something in between. Bad riders give us all a bad name, and to see the over generalization from someone on the outside is exhausting. Much of the blame is on the squids, but the blanket statements are still wrong and shouldn't be made.

And to clear things up, I ride sportbikes and cruisers (ZX6R and a Road King) and I'm trying to find a nice older naked Goldwing, so I don't hate cruiser riders by any means.

Dang, I rode a little over two hours last night on my Valkyrie, no one even offered to video me riding. Wonder why, maybe I'm too boring. Didn't come close to crashing, not even once. Didn't try any stupid stunts and no one noticed. Hmm, maybe I'm just too cool, yeah, that's gotta be it.

I did see some young'ns out on some crotch rockets, since I was riding close to the posted speed limit and they blew by me so fast I couldn't even tell what kind of bikes they were on, I have no idea why anyone would think crotch rocket riders are stupid. I know this doesn't apply to all of them but my lord, actions speak much louder than words. No, I don't hate crotch rocket riders I just wish they would ride like they weren't trying to kill themselves and those that may be in their proximity.

Someone told me once that a crotch rocket was like a grenade, dangerous to the person handling it and to those close by. Personally, I can't ride one. My back just doesn't work that way any more.
