Sitting-down-on-your-ass-too-long gets my vote Nick
I agree, might be cutting off the flow of bood from your butt veins. Might allso be muscles spasms (even though you cant see anything move). Any budy know the symptoms of Goute? When all else fails, let out one big patoot.

Started a few months ago when I was shoveling snow.
Think these 'shape-ups' are also not helpin'
Need to visit a podiatrist, deal with the flat feet. that'll help... Don't think it's RLS... and even if it IS, I'll say it's something else... that just sounds waaay too much like a BS condition...

Take those shapeups off! I've seen actual doctors, not washed up athletes paid to be in the commercials, say they can actually cause damage to your legs in overstretching your muscles, tendons, etc. I remember one saying that people think it is exercising because they feel pain, but the pain is actually the result of injury.
Please oh please tell me your not wearing Sketcher shape-up shoes in public! No grown man should ever be caught dead in them. What are you tryin to tone your buttocks? Can you please post a pic of the offending shoes? Maybe as your wearing them? Hey I got it make a lil video! Lets see the shoes in action.
I had been wearing New balance, but the Shapeups felt really good when i tried them on. They're brown, don't look "wacky"
They just looks like shoes:
but they did make me feel like I was walking on wet sand... which was ok when walking, but when standing on a train, I always felt off balanced...
Maybe I'll swicth to another pair of shoes. I am reading reports of circulation issues and other complaints.. Didn't get them to lose weight, they just felt very nice for my flat feet...
Thanks guys

Is that catchy? In advanced stages does it make you sing, sing, sing?
Listen to Willie, Rumor. He's an expert because he has "Little Feet" in his avatar, and as you know, feet are connected to legs. So he's an expert! (You cant slip that past me, Willie.. you should have known better!) "Waiting for Columbus"

New Balance are the only shoes for folks with feet problems. I have had plantar fasciitis and have high arches. I used to wear nothing but Nike. I didn't realize that they always run narrow, and were killing my feet. Now, I only wear new balance. If you have a store near you go and get fitted. They do it old school and can recommend the right shoe with the right fit. I have not really had any problems with the fascitis since wearing the NB shoes and insoles. Otherwise, their website is pretty good, and the shoes have descriptions on what type of foot they are for. I also use the insoles which are very good. Also SOME of their shoes are actually still made in the US. Though I think it's mostly the high end running shoes.

Hmmmm, 5 days back in New Balance, and I have been gettin' those weird feelings less and less (and not once today so far)
My feet are a bit achy as compared to the Shape-ups, but I'll take a little ache over the other stuff anyway. if/When i got to a foot doc, they'll deal w/ the flat-foot stuff...
