Check out youtube, there are a number of videos posted for similar systems (usually trying to sell something that is partially developed).
Oxy-hydrogen welding has limitations - while it has a high flame temperature, hydrogen easily dissolves into certain metals and can make the welds brittle and failure prone. Not something you want for structural joints.
