Yeah... I'm a little bored and just irrigated my nasal passages. Feels good man.

Yeah, it's good stuff. Not the most "fun", sometimes... but it gets the job done.


I love how happy everyone looks using them in their advertisements.

A difficult thing to admit, I'm sure.

After nearly a week of doing this daily, I think I've finally found a good way to rid myself of all that green gunk that collects inside my head during the wet season.

A Neti pot is great during allergy season. We each have our own and saline packets that go with them.

I don't actually have a pot - mine is a plastic squirt bottle so I can get some pressure behind it. The first time I used it, I was so plugged up that most of it came out my mouth. It took two bottles worth to get it to come out the right way.

And I got some water in my ear because I blew my nose too hard. That was fun.

i have seen them but never used them, i get stuffed up alot in the summer and fall,.i have become a fan of nasonex spray, that stuff opens me up real good,

I have tried it... Unfortunately, within 10 minutes of clearing out my sinuses, they are slammed shut again. So not worth the effort for me
