I stopped there during one of my cross country Fiero trips. At $8-10/ pound for bacon (depending on quantities ordered) make bacon an expensive meat at either place.

A friend gave me a couple of pounds from https://bentonshams.com/order/index.php They're in Madisonville, Tennessee. I think it was the best Hickory smoked bacon I've ever had. The slices were all about 1/8 inch thick and over 12 inches long. After cooking it, the house had the aroma of a nice hardwood fire in the fireplace and it lasted for several days.

They may claim it ....... But I know I have it. No I do not sell it, as it is TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Raise it here, I know what it ate, and no chemicals in it including the smoking. (no sulfites to preserve)
