And just like last week, the so called Parents arent doing anything

Just play classical music really loud to drown them out, they'll probably go away. If they get in your space, trip them.

Just start telling the parents how much you like children........medium well with lots of hot sauce.

How about you find an MP3 of that annoying sound that only young people can hear and you blast it out of your speakers. I heard that some malls are doing that to keep young people from hanging out.
Talk to your IT department, sometimes just asking for help is all it will take. We often give remote access to help our users be more productive, its worth a shot.
