He then strongly advised me not to seek for assistance in the investment of the money from his lawyer or any of his friends here but to seek for a foreign partner from a country of my choice (outside our country, Cote d Ivoire) that will assist me in the wise investment of the money. I have since left the money in the Diplomatic custody with the view of my making use of it for investment purposes after my education carrier. But as you may be already aware by now, our country (Cote D' Ivoire) is presently at political crises.
Rebels have already taken over the whole Northern part of the country and making efforts towards to capture the commercial center of the country, Abidjan, where I am now.
I want an investment purpose like real estate management or hotel management. Because of this I am honorably seeking your assistance in the following ways with honest:
(1) To serve as a guardian to me and then assist me receiving the money into your care. (2) To make arrangement for me to come over to your country to further my education and then settle there permanently.
If you accept to stand as my guardian or foster parent to me, I need not discuss on any percentage with you as you have to see the whole money as yours and then assist me invest it. But if you still want a percentage, I am willing to offer you, 30 % of the total money as compensation for your assistance. Please tell me if you feel the percentage I offered is not ok by you. Wow thats one of the worst ones I've ever heard. Even before computers if someone recieved that in a letter delivered by horseback I think they could determine it was a scam.

Google Voice is great, set up an account, and tie it to your cell, and home phone so when they call you it'll forward. They call a number you can throw away later, and everyone wins.

I will be firm in order to get them to spend money for me. I'm going to get a couple days by telling him/her that I need a little time to scan the images to get to her.
I was thinking of something more like Alfred E. Neuman. You should be able to Photoshop the image below to look like a bad drivers license or passport photo ... e.g. mask out the background, desaturate the color and pump the contrast to look like a bad flash, and then insert some "official looking" wallpaper.

That's just because her English isn't to good. He was poisoned in France and didn't die until he was flown back to the private hospital in Abidjan.

Answer. We now discourage people from sending fake identification to scammers. There is the possibility that the scammer may use the very ID you send to him, to fool a real victim, and although you may create what you think is a totally unbelievable ID featuring some well known celebrity or funny name, there is a possibility that a real victim may be totally unaware of that celebrity or perhaps comes from a country where because of the language differences does not recognise the amusing name as such.
You will find plenty of suggestion for sending garbage files instead of IDs to a scammer on our very busy FORUM. One favourite method is to select a random (and large!) .DLL file and rename it to something like "passport.jpg". Of course the scammer will not be able to display it on his computer, but that's not your fault is it?!
