I'm curios about what we (like WE actually have such power) would impeach him for. I would love for him to leave, but I don't want any of the other options either.
I actually wonder if Biden/Pelosi are the real bulletproof jacket for Obama.

His only saving grace (or our only consolation) is his ineptitude. Biden and especially Pelosi will be able to screw things up with much more efficiency.

What! Eight years of Bush and the countless crimes commited, lives lost, and national debt and now there's a thread on Obama impreachment...Skulduggery!
Meantime, if your looking for change--try this out for a change.

We (as the public) have no such power. Goverment is no longer created by the people for the people. goverment is now funded by the people for the wealthy.

This is a really strange thread. What would be the substance of impeachment?
Besides Obama has done more for this country than any prez in 50 years. Man is a damned savior. Obama/Pelosi in 2012
Yep, the course toward complete socialism and ultimate failure and inevitable destruction of the nation must be allowed to continue until such time the people are ready to put the nation back on the course the original founding fathers intended.
Like others have said, for what? Hes not committed a *crime* as of yet. Leading us down the path he said he would, while many of us don't like, is still legal.

Fixed it for you. If you will do some honest and real research, you will find, just as everyone else has, that most taxes are paid into the US Treasury by the wealthiest 10% of the population.

Just figured I'd mention this, since I know a lot of people always seem to get this confused...
Impeachment is simply the act of bringing a president to trial because it is believed he or she has comitted an illegal activity... it doesn't actually mean the action of kicking a president out.
Example, Clinton was impeached, Nixon however, was not.
I'm sure many or most of you know this, but figured I'd mention it since I always see people getting confused.

You bring up a good point here. Another thing people seem to be confused about is how exactly impeachment works. While Clinton was indeed impeached in the House of Rep, he still escaped it from the Senate. While he was "impeached", he wasn't exactly **impeached**, as in what impeaching's ultimate goal is of removing the President of the United States from his/her position. President Clinton did actually serve his Presidency all the way to the final day on January 20th, 2001 when he gave way to President Bush 43rd. History still records him as being impeached, but he was not fully impeached, which people seem to not understand.
I work as an archivist at the Clinton Library and from time to time get people whom seem to make lack-of-knowledge comments about Clinton's impeachment. For some reason there's a lot of people out there that seriously think Clinton at the very end "lost" his job.

Well, he WAS "**impeached**", it was just never brought to the senate where he would / could / might have been found guilty. He didn't lose his job, but he was "impeached." It just kind of frustrates me when I see people using the term incorrectly. I also hear people saying that Clinton was never impeached, again because they don't understand what the term actually means. The end result is to remove the politician from office, but the act of impeachment is the trial, not the forced resignation.
How's the stolen presidential china from Air Force 1 doing at the Clinton Library??? Heheh...

I do know the difference, but am not a political professional so I may have asked it wrong? I don't want any physical harm done to the village idiot. I just want him completely and utterly disgraced and politically shamed for what he has done to America. America has never been socialist and should never be.
I would also like to see him removed from office and Biden replace him. Why? Because Biden would have no chance what soever of advancing the Socialist conversion. (for any racist out there that wants to put words in my mouth, it has nothing to do with the color of his skin).
As far as crimes, it is a crime to use tax money to buy votes from politicians. If you try to say it has not happened, shame on you for your ignorance. The health care scam is reason enough to prove my point.

Anybody who voted for Obama, or still believes in his bullshit, should consider Hari Kari. If they followed through with it, we might actually have some job openings for a little while.
I'm just completely dumb-founded at the current events of this country, and where were headed as a nation. He and his administration have done more damage in 1 year, that must be a record of some sort.
People are starting to "wake up", but I fear the collateral damage already done will haunt us for many years to come.

Gross negligence, arrogance, and stupidity is not an impeachable offense. I would rather let him stay in office as a lesson to the retards who elected him in the first place.

Did they display Monica's blue dress yet at the Library? (sorry just had too.) (JOKE)
Clinton "did lose his job" When the impeachment thing went down, the court of public opinion had turned on Slick Willie; in effect the lack of public trust and confidence caused him to "lose his job." WIthout the public trust he may as well had been removed from office.

I'm pretty sure he's committed some impeachable offenses.
I'm not one of the "birthers" but that situation, alone, is considered impeachable by some. Also... where, in the Constitution, is the word "czar"? Some of his appointments have got to be illegal.

Don't forget that he was disbarred in Arkansas. Not exactly the vindication that his supporters would like you to believe.

A side wager?
It will be Obama/Hilary Clinton in 2012. Biden is done. Will probably find himself ousted, to eventually end up sec of state, while H. Clinton goes to Sec Def--temporarily--till she gets the nod to be Obama's running mate in 2012. Pelosi can bring nothing to Obama's table--she is not electable outside her home district/Calif. H. Clinton does bring a large voting block with her, thus improving Obama's chances for re-election, while giving herself a better chance for the top spot in 2016.
The fly in that buttermilk, is if Clinton decides to oppose Obama in 2012, and I don't think she will.

I'm not predicting Pelosi . I am just hoping. I can't think of a better person to **** it all up faster.
I can dream can't I?
What scares me is that Obama is doing so much so fast to piss almost everyone off that he won't get re-elected and then we will have more years of stagnation and promises. Lets go up or lets go down but I don't want to waste years doing nothing slowly.

You forgot the lying part too. But hey, it all worked for the last administration, and the one before, and before, and before...

The rhetoric coming from the conservative cheer leading squad has pretty much kept the ship level. Crazy, but level. A great number of neocons and RINOs need to go as well. With some of the dodgy candidates popping up in Florida, I guess there are plenty of charlatans that haven't had a turn at the wheel. The only thing that protects this country is our independent media... oh wait, I don't think that exists anymore. Damn, we're doomed.

Better alter your dreamscape then, because if Pelosi becomes his pick for a running mate in 2012--Obama's toast. He's already on shaky ground--throw Pelosi in the mix and his supporters will flee like rats before a hurricane. Not even he is that stupid.
