Bring a date!

http://www.movietickets.com...l.asp?movie_id=62871

Still in 3D at the AMC!, but I think it will probably move on after Valentine's week.
Looks like Tuesday, Feb 10th is going to be a good night, normally I'd say Wednesday, but I will be seeing TUT on the 11th.

Or if y'all want another night other than Wed... or move it to next week... step up and let's hear from ya!

I'm still in California. Won't be back until the 12th at the earliest. (All 3 planes here are down right now). I'm not gonna worry if I don't make it. Have fun!

Oh and a BTW: I won't be at the monthly meeting again. I got a lunch date with Allison.

Sorry Tom, I've got paid in advance tkts for TUT that day. We can push it out to next Wed (18th)... if it's not in the theatres still we could watch Friday 13th or somesuch... I'd still really like to see MBV in 3D though...

If we wait, Jarhead could come.

I dunno on the chow... I called it last time. I'm up for anything... Cheddars? Kahki's? Chapps? you pick it..., I'll eat it.

no problem on the date.
there's a lot of food places we haven't tried, bone daddys, dave & busters, red robin, etc.

Why y'all gotta be up in FW and not down in the Houston/Galveston area? I'd be all sorts of down with going if I didn't have to drive 4 hours to go to a movie.

My parents house is in the Sugarland/Missouri City area. I'm thinking of heading down there for V-day weekend. Let me know if you want to do a Sonic night.

They are. As long as it's clear it is. An official club thing, I mean. I didn't understand this was about a club meeting since the only clue was "NTFC" in the topic title (now I understand this probably means "North Texas Fiero Club", but when I read it, I thought it was something like "TGIF, Let's all go see a movie" ).

i give it a try, once. where is it?

i believe there is or use to be a theater in the lincoln square shopping, if that's close to Sherlock's.

edit: all the info i'm finding is pointing to that theater as being closed.

plans are to meet/eat at Sherlock's from 1700-1845... then drive to Parks for MBV-3D for the 1935 showing.

I'll call Jarhead... if this is logistically not feasible for someone... call me or Tom or Daniel.

See y'all tonight!

For any that follow up on this thread... I gotta tell you...

My Bloody Valentine 3D = pretty good.

Suspenseful and creepy, despite it's predictability. Not too over laden with gore... Acting was decent, and the 3D was pretty cool. Sadly you pay a $2 premium per head to see those. Next time we see a 3D movie, I am just gonna bring my own glasses and buy a ticket to something else. The theater was surprsingly full for a movie that had been out a while. MBV may not establish a Friday the 13th franchise... But I give it two bloody thumbs up.

I didn't realize there were so many ways to buy it by pick-ax...
