I know a lot of you dont like her and some do. Im glad to see shes got her s%*t back together. She did her special on MTV Sunday and doing a live concert on ABC this morning. Another plus is shes got herself back to lookin hot instead of doped up trailer trash. Mariah got herself back and looks like Brits followed her lead. Hope she stays away from the lowlife type guys shes run with in the past that brought her down. Shes smokin in Rollin Stone.
She looked freakin' AWFUL on the UK X-Factor last Friday!! Sorry Roger, but she looked what she is..a burned-out tramp! I know that sounds hateful, but it isn't meant to be. I feel sorry for the likes of her, and Amy Whinerhouse...but they can't handle the money or the fame. They aren't born to handle it, and I guess it is harder for females than males to cope in that environment.I don't wish her harm, but she has set an extremely bad example to the hundreds of thousands of young girls who idolised her. THAT is a big negative for me. She got completely lost at 1 min 46 sec on this out-take from the Show:

She is looking pretty good to me again. After what she has been like all I can say is wow, great turn around. Now she needs to stay there.
She needs to take care of her personal issues, her family (kids) and get a grip on life. She has enough money that she doesn't ever have to work again. It's all about ego, the kids should come first. Just my personal opinion but, she's not been much of a mother based on reports I've read. No apologies from me, kids always come first.

I watched a little bit of GMA when she was on this morning, she looks great but the show was pretty sad.
Obvious lip sinc which is fine but what ruined it for me was the phony audience applause and cheering, I mean when you can see the audience in the background during the pre-hype only clapping and then not even all of them and what you hear is obviously canned crowd roar/cheer/applause noise it's pretty lame.
But she looked great, I wonder if she's interested in a 48 year old single guy? Hmmmmmmm

I dont worry about lip syncs because every singer does it. Ive seen a few of her shows live and their full of energy. Me and Rose went to Aguileras concert here and it stank from begining to end. I will say Aguilera prob does have a better singing voice. Brits going on a concert tour starting in La, so we will just have to see if shes still got her old fan support. If shes bad, the tickets wont sell and she'll go down. She didnt handle fame too well, but her downfall was the idiot (Federline) she hooked up with and had 2 kids way too young before she knew how to deal with them . My personal opinion is no one should have kids before late 20s to early 30s....ever. I always give benefit of the doubt, but if she goes down the same road again, I wont give her another chance. Everyone makes mistakes, just hers are always on the front page. I hope it goes well from here on.

Saw a little of one of the "behind the scenes" shows. Not sure if it was the mtv one... but one thing's for sure ---> I have NO desire to ever be famous.
It SUCKS. Them chasing her around NY like that...
I don't wanna be poor, but I would rather have my 'normal' life and enjoy things then hafta worry all the time...

I just can't understand why anyone has any interest in her at all. At least not if you're over 17. I have listened to her music and it ain't that great. Her voice is nothing special and he lyrics are pretty sappy. What is it that makes her so important to so many people?

I like her music because its new but reminds me of my old days of 60s & 70s. Its not that rap, gangsta crap than most younger ones listen to these days. Ive listened to songs from like The Doushe Bags, Poo Diddy and whatever other groups they call themselves now and I can only reasonably understand 5 words in every song (so they call them)....and those usually are synonymous for rape, murder, f&%K and kill.
" well lets f&%k the ***** in the alley and screw her up good, then kill the cops that busts the dude" (or some similar chorus). sorry, that aint music just because you say it while beating on a guitar.
and thats not even counting all the ones I hear that just repeat same 5 thumps over and over for 5 mins.....or till I want to blast their dash with a 12 gauge.

Hey I think it is great if you like her music and it makes you feel good. I totally agree with your views on the murder/hate music. I also think you need to go listen to some real music and Step out of the sand box. Outside the sand box is a whole big scary world of things over 18 years old that have brains, ideas, tact, class, depth and may even bring an adult topic now and again. Music is like that too. It is out there you just have to want to step up a level now and again.
The word "healthy" comes to mind.

No thanks, I like my 'young uns'. Absolutely no desire to go out with kiddy toteing soccer moms, with no sense of adventure, no spontanaity, 2 or 3 X-husbands and the desire for me to buy them stuff. Britney is also just past my age of desire now and see how she fits my above classifications. My cut off age is usually around 25. I have quite a few girl friends that are in their 30s, some own good sized businesses that make 6 figure incomes. I hang out with those somewhat, mess around some but have no interest in any more deep relationship with them for lots of the same as above...x's, boring. I love doing fun, adventurous things on the spur of the moment and Ill stick with what Im doing now. I actually dislike prob 95% of music I hear now. I never took ANY drugs, and alcohol consisted of maybe a beer or two at a time since I was 19. My Coronet DONT even have a radio, and I was mad I couldnt order my Magnum without one. Apparently theres no such thing as 'radio delete' any more. I can count on one hand the singers Ive liked since the 80s.
Ya, Madcurl..........I understood every word she sang in it. And it dont thump in my head so bad I want to pull my hair out... Simon even gave her a thumbs up for her show.
Ill play in my own little sandbox and enjoy myself...everyone else keep out.

Simon... please. What a tool box. As for playing in the "sand-box." I heard a comedian say, " Yeah don't want to be the oldest dude in the club." "Older than the Dj equipment used and/or maybe older than the building."

I guess that depends on if the oldest dude in the club is getting any.

Yeah, but if you reverse the question and ask, " a twenty year old girl banging a 90 year old dude.... isn't that pathetic?" This goes with the territory when there's money on the table. Remove the money, mansion, cars, and the twenty year old girls would be gone and Hugh Hefner a total old tool bag. As for Hef getting more than the normal guy, well Paul Newman said it best, "Why go out to have hamburger when you have steak at home."

Nobody here is preaching. "Different strokes for different folks." We're just pointing out that Britney is and .
