Has anyone used it?

When I ship things with paypal, paypal has their own version of it or something, and it works perfect. But when I want to ship a package that wasn't paid for through paypal, I have to go through the USPS site.... So I registered and all that and click continue, and it says this:

Internal Enterprise Registration exception.

Pretty sweet, huh?

I've tried this a month ago, and today, from IE and mozilla and it doesn't work. So WHY is it not working, and HOW do I make it work?

Carrier pickup > Standing in line
(but I need a damn prepaid postage label!!!)

I've used it before without a problem. Your best bet is probably to email or call USPS and see what they say. It seems to have something to do with a street address being invalid, or the fact that more than 1 address somewhere is a problem such as having 2 recipients for a package somehow. Probably a programmer's error. I suppose that the shipment or account information could have been corrupted somehow. I'm a programmer/IT Systems Analyst but without knowing the programming that went into the webpage and databases, it's hard to know what the messages actually mean, and it's probably impossible for anyone but a USPS website/database administrator to fix it.

Yup yup I've used it. Pretty cool 'cept I can't ship parcel post (well, at least, to alaska... um...). I've been using PayPal shipping for a while before that, so it was still pretty familiar and I had the supplies (labels). I love that:

1) No need to be associated with a PayPal transaction...
2) No 15-dollar-a-month fee (stamps.com)

I think your problem was just a server fart... try it again today (or, later)

I've used USPS and UPS and even Pay Pal postage now... I have found that with Firefox for at least USPS and UPS you need to have the IE tabs installed with those web pages or you're gonna have to do it thru IE.. I couldn't do it with Netscape either but that's been awhile ago since I haven't used it since I moved to Firefox...

Not sure why Firefox kills the pop up for the actual printing page... but I couldn't fix it with just adding the website into the popup allow... it just wouldn't come up no matter what I tried... so they came out with the IE tab options and now all that stuff works great!! I don't have to use IE anymore to print out postage... woo hoo...
