Have a good Veteran's Day and thanks for your service to your country... that includes non US vets from me since this is a worldwide board.

Got this in an email today:

Thought for the day:
In case we find ourselves starting to believe all the anti-American sentiment and negativity, we should remember England's Prime Minister Tony Blair's words during a recent interview. When asked by one of his Parliament members why he believes so much in America, he said: "A simple way to take measure of a country is to look at how many want in... And how many want out."

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you:

1. Jesus Christ
2. The American G. I.

One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.

YOU MIGHT WANT TO PASS THIS ON, AS MANY SEEM TO FORGET BOTH OF THEM. AMEN!

Let's remember them all tomorrow. I was watching the documentaries on the Battle of Britain, and jeez, that always gets to me. The American and Canadian volunteers, the free French, the Polish Brigade, and the Auzzies. Tomorrow I'll turn on Saving Private Ryan, and get out a hanky.

I am particularly thankful to all the guys who have fought, and died for freedom and democracy.

I 'll be remembering those who fight for our freedom on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month - in about 2 hours. Please do the same.

Thank you to all who have served and all who continue to serve!

I think I said this before but I have Persian Gulf Veteran plates on my car. One day I walk up to it and there was a note under the wiper:
"I value my freedom so I'm thanking a vet. Thanks!" That made my day! I laminated it and it sits on the dash.
