A few days ago I awoke to my msn messenger not working. It had signed me out. ( I am always signed in because we have dsl) So no problem, I hit the sigh in and leave the room.... and it sat on the signing in screen all day. So I uninstalled it, and re downloaded it, and it is doing the same thing. It has been "signing in" for 2 days now.

Anyone know why this is occuring? Any advice on how to fix it?

try going to your hotmail account directly from int expl and signing in there. Mine sometimes dont sign me in with messenger either. Sometimes even doing that I get a message ' you are already signed in on another cmptr' ???? Ive even had 2 MSN icons on my tools at the same time before.

I dont have hotmail. I am using my yahoo address, just passported it.

I will try to download the 7.5 version and see what happens.
