Somehow, I'm starting to think lawyers and thier world have overrun our lives, and I'm starting to think (ok, I started 20 years ago) that summary execution vis lynch mob is a fit ending to a lawyers life.

Is it the lawyers' fault, or the public's fault?
A career as a civil attorney is only as lucrative as it is, because it has become socially acceptable to deny all responsibility, push the blame on to someone else, and assign a dollar value for pain/suffering/embarassment/inconvenience/etc.

That sounds suspisiosly like the same justification a herion dealer or a pimp uses to defent thier choice of proffesion.

It depends upon how you view it, I guess. I look at it as a crime of opportunity. Trust me I'm not defending ambulance chasers and their ilk, but it's easy to see that for any opportunistic student of civil law there's a frigging gold mine out there.

There is a gold mine out there flying cocaine up from south amrica.......and its even easier than the law scam.
Most pilots wont do it (me included), But then most asswipe-horse-farmers who can fly a plane are smart enough to know right from wrong
guess they dont teach law school anymore.
