Don't think it lasts too long if exposed to the sun...?

Pimp my ride guys are in the USA only.
we are really not allowed to paint our cars with Fluro ,glow in the dark paint
anyway we can't modifie our cars .
Not allowed to.
we can up the wheel size but 1 inch max. but no bigger
lower the steering wheel size by 1 inch at the most
We can not change thre transmission, motor, install fluro lights, additional light on the front or rear,Fibre glass body kits of any kind including No spoilers ,No brake mods,DVD or Mobile TV are not allowed in the front but are allowed in the rear.
All these are allowed if we go for an engineering certificate that can cost from $50 to $1300.
A change of motor inspections cost $550 and a left to right hand convertions inspections cost $850.
These prices and limitations are in the sydney NSW area

What color glow in the dark are you wanting? Yellow/green? What about a vinyl wrap?
