Allot of stations around here won't play Amish Paradise due to PC rules.

Contrary to Popular Myth, allot of Amish do have radio. Even TV and other tech for that matter. They even drive cars. The stations don't want to risk peaving the rather large Amish population spread across several states, which could result in large FCC fines if there are complaints. Especially now that fines have been raised even higher.

They don't play it because it's an old song..I still hear it from time to time. When it was a new song they played it all the time. Thier isn't any swearing or talk of sex and it's not Howard stern...The fcc wouldn't give a **** .

If I am ever home long enough I'll have to get a picture of an Amish guy going down the road in a horse and buggy talking on his cell phone. Always good for a laugh.

Not unusual here to be in line behind Amish guys at the cell store, havn't spotted them at the drive in yet, but I'm sure its coming.

Dont know why they wouldn't play the song, the Amish I've dealt with on a professional level seem to have a great sense of humor, heard some very funny Amish jokes from Amish guys.
