I picked up a book on the Master clense detox program, AKA Lemonaide diet. Anyone here ever do this? I talked to a few who said it was great after done. I know alot of doctors arn't to fawn of the idea, But I have heard of great benifits.

If there's even a single grain of processed sugar in that lemonaide, it's pointless. (OK, well maybe not pointless, but what's the point of a cleanse if you're consuming processed sugars? What are you trying to clean out then?)

I'd reccommend you take a vitamin no matter what diet you are on... the real question is why are you doing this diet?
(purpose, reason, whatever)

No processed sugars at all everything organic and the sweetness comes from the organic maple syrup you add to the lemons and water.

It have all the viamins and minerals right in the lemonade that is kind of the point.

here is the ingredents

2 tblsp lemon juice fresh from organic lemons
2 tblsp pure organic maple syrup grade B is best
8 oz water (purified)
small pinch of cayenne pepper

Know what I hate?

When someone starts a thread with "anyone do this?"
When they COULD have said "I have questions/want opinions on this detox method."
How about people who title a thread : "Guess what this is" and then just post a link.
Thats just plain rude.
How hard is it to give readers a CLUE as to what you are talking about in the title????

I want the last 2.5 minutes of my life back.
