I just rebuilt my 4 computers.
It has compleatly fried my brain.
I don't remember what picture editor I was using. (resizing, editing, etc.)
I think it was in Microsoft Office.
But I'm not sure, and I can't find my Microsoft Office disks.
It has been my favorite for years, but I can't remember it's name!

Does anyone know if Microsoft Office even has a picture editor?
If so, whats it's name?

If I had the name, I could see if it rings any bells! :

Are you sure it was all the work you were doing on the computers that fried your brain and not all your recreational smoking?

Sorry Boonie I couldn’t resist.

Office 2000 DOES have a photo editor---to get at it you have to go thru the "manual install" (or whatever they call it) and select it as an option to install.

Or maybe you need some recreational smoking to remember, I forget.

Boony, could it have been ACDSee picture viewer? Paintshop Pro? If it was the MS Office image editor - I found a page containing a word doc of how to install the program. BTW, I scanned the linked .doc with my AV program and it appears clean.

teach.fcps.net/trt15/Imaging/Downloads/PhotoEditor.doc

Here's a quick summary if you don't have word installed:

Photo Editor is a bundled part of the Office2000 Pro or Premium package, but is not generally installed automatically when you use the default install - you may have to install it by hand. Restart the installation process by either going to the Office 2000 CD (or its image on your hard drive or network - however it was done originally) and running "Setup.exe" again, or going to "Start/Settings/Control Panel," starting "Add/Removing Programs," selecting "Office 2000" from the list and clicking "Add/Remove." In either case, you'll be presented with the option of "Add or Remove Features." Select this. "Photo Editor" is under "Office Tools."
