^^^ No. When used in forums, it means "In before the lock".

It's usually used when someone starts a thread that goes against forum rules, and members post IBTL before the moderator locks the thread.

While I like the poster and the message I disagree with the language in it.
You "should" change it (see the posting rules)because it circumvents the profainity filter.
Normally I wouldn't care but I've been called on the carpet by Cliff and other members for doing that myself, it's only fair that the rules apply to everyone equally.
