I was about to buy a white 86 Fiero. I was going to purchase it for 1,300 dollars. Its in really nice condition. I called him earlier because I had plans to meet with him tomorrow. He told me he changed his mind about selling it. I had the money ready and everything. Do any of you know where i can look. like anywheres online? It will help me tremendously. Staryeyed-There are several on e-bay right now. There is one relatively close to La.(Fla) I personally would rather buy from a member of PFF, since I've found 99.9% of the members here to be honest in their dealings.
You may consider getting in touch with someone from LoneStar Fiero club over in Houston. 3 hr drive tops from Morgan City. Another avenue would be Lloyd (fastfiero)in Dallas. He usually has a few on hand & is another member with fine reputation here. http://www.geocities.com/motorcity/track/8484/
And of course, there are always 2-3 listed in the mall section. There was a 86GT here locally for sale near your price range-asking price was $1600. I'll check & see if it has been sold or not. San Angelo is probably 10-12 hrs away tho. Fiero's in good mechanical shape will be harder to find, as the 20 yr anniversary approaches. I'm looking myself after the 1st of the year.

i got my first one out of the auto trader, and the second one i happened to drive past every couple of weeks, noticed it was being swamped by kudzu, asked if it was for sale.

if you find one locally, try to get someone handy with cars to look at it with you, hear it run, drive it, check the frame for rust. good hunting!
