My favourite is an austin martin, very classy but f&*king fast. They are illegal in the states. I like the viper too, I would get it if I was going for something "cheap"

Oh, I forgot one...How could I forget the ItalDesign BMW Nazca C2?!
...and here's a pic of the W8 you may not have seen. It's one of the 2 or 3 92s and the only yellow one made. It's also the only "modified" W8 I'm aware of.

I think I used to have the book you got the pics out of. SOmething like, the greatest cars never produced or concept cars of the past or something. If I recall, it was a silver or grey book. I saw some strange cars in that book. Some with the 80's guy and girl standing next to a car with really big sunglasses on trying to look futuristic. I also remember the Auti million dollar car. I think I liked that one better than the Mclarrin F1. If that is the book I am thinking of, let me know as I want to buy another. I lost the first copy I had and can't remember the name.

GT40 is a very close 3rd for me. I come real close to building a kit this winter, but couldnt find a nice enough donor in time. Funny how GT40 and 288 Ferrari GTO were designed 30 and 40 years ago and still look as up to date as anything out there now. The true test of automotive styling.

AkursedX, that red one is the 2nd finest Pantera I've ever seen!
ejayerik, "Consumer's guide" "Cars that never were" is the book you're thinking of. I have one, and recommend it, but it is not where the pics came from . I also recomment "Extraordinary Automobiles", "Concept Cars", and Consumer's Guide's "Complete Book of Lamborghini".
onfire,
Do you know the story behind this car? This would have been a dream come true.
