I know CliffP cautioned us about uploading large photo files for signatures, etc. so that guys using 2.8K modems wouldn't take all day to download messages.

Can anybody recommend a free photo editor that I can use to shrink photos if and when I post them and where I can get it?

Thanks in advance

I use "Polyview" the most and I have quit a few editors. Photoshop 6 is by far the most frustrating and in my opinion, useless. Go to www.winfiles.com and download the Polyview trial program. It let's you do everything except for printing.

hope you meant 28.8k modem . My 56k went south, & I had to stick an old 14.4 in. If you've got a sscanner, most scanner software, like Paperport has sizing capabilities.
